Page Builders is a program designed by me, Miss Tracy, to help you easily create fabulous layouts for your Scrapbooks! I design and feature 4 NEW double 12x12 layouts each month and create a Page Builder BluePrints (aka Instruction Guide w/photos, cut list, and step-by-step instructions) to go with each layout.

Option 1: Page Builder Kits are available for purchase. They are $20 each and you can pick and choose which layout kits you want. The kits are pre-cut and title, embellishments, etc. are all included in your kit. With the purchase of the Page Builder Layout Kit, you will receive a BluePrint Guide (aka step-by-step instructions, cut list, and photos) for that specific layout kit. It will be emailed to you. Something NEW...You will now be able to create your Page Builder Layout Kits in any of our LBH Buffets. Reservation is required.
Option 2: If you would like to re-create these Page Builder Layouts with your own stash of Papers, we have a BluePrints Only option. You can purchase just theBluePrints (aka step-by-step instructions, cut list, and photos) for these layouts. You will receive BluePrints for all 4 layouts for $10.
